GreenHouse Holdings, Inc. to Partner With PepsiCo(R) as a Qualified Service Provider for Southern California Edison Auto Demand Response Programs

(OTCBB:GRHU - News), a San Diego, California based integrated energy solutions provider and developer of eco-friendly infrastructure, today announced that PepsiCo(R) will partner with GreenHouse to utilize Southern California Edison's (SCE) Automated Demand Response (Auto-DR) program at its Buena Park bottling plant. GreenHouse is a qualified service provider of SCE's Auto-DR program, providing site assessment, feasibility studies, project development, engineering, installation of enabling technologies and complete processing of all incentives.
GHN Agrispan Completes Private Placement Transaction
XIAMEN, China--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GHN Agrispan Holding Company (OTCBB: GHNA - News), an emerging company engaged in China’s high-growth agriculture, prepared foods and catering industries, today announced that it has completed a private placement with a group of institutional investors. GHN Agrispan sold 2,600,000 shares of its newly designated Series A 10% Convertible Preferred Stock for $0.50 per share. Each share of Series A 10% Convertible Preferred Stock is initially convertible into one share of the Company’s common stock.
